Very happy with this service. I have 4 large breed dogs. Getting them out of the house and into the vets office is a challenge. Flea and ticks meds you can buy in store without a prescription are not effective. Otis allows me to prevent fleas and ticks without the hassle of taking me dogs outside of my home.

My dog has chronic skin allergies that worsen with the warmer months. Otis was a quick way to help my dog get seen by a licensed vet within a tight budget. With school loans, car payments, insurance, the vet doesn’t seem possible sometimes, especially when specialty testing for allergies can be quite costly. I was able to have Bruce examined, give explanations, and ask questions all for under $30, and his medicine was of course a little more than that but for the price you truly cannot beat it! The customer service team, vet nurse Janine was superb and efficient answering my questions, getting back to me in a timely manner, and following through with a great payment plan that works for me and my budget, they just felt very pet oriented and want to help however they can!

Otis is great, came at a time when I really needed flea tick heartworm and allergy medicine for my pup very good communication and nice customer service. I am not a huge fan of all the consultation fees, but it’s definitely cheaper if I would had to get some medication from my regular vet and more convenient since it gets delivered to my home directly ,
