We'll ask a few questions about your pet and what they may be experiencing. The intake form typically takes 3-5 minutes to complete and provides your veterinary provider with information about your pet's symptoms they can review before they meet you.

Schedule a virtual visit with a licensed veterinarian
Our veterinary team is available Monday to Friday, with appointments as late as 7pm ET. Visits typically take 15 minutes and happen over a Zoom call. Your pet must be present.

Review your pet's customized treatment plan
Our veterinarians will prescribe the course of treatment best suited to your pet’s needs. Your treatment plan could include prescription medication, shampoos, wipes and / or supplements, and depends on the type of consultation you requested.

Receive your pet’s medication in 3–4 days
Your pet’s prescriptions will be delivered straight to your door. Expedited and overnight shipping is available. You can always text, email or chat with the Otis veterinary team to ask questions about your pet's medication. Rechecks are also provided free of charge to asses your pet's progress and make adjustments where needed.
