The Reward

Each time someone becomes a new Otis subscriber and sets up an Oits account using your personal invitation code or referral link that you shared with them in accordance with the eligibility criteria below, you will receive a $50 account credit, redeemable towards your Otis subscription. Each new eligible Otis subscriber referred by you who completes the set up of their Otis account and completes a consult within fourteen (14) days after the end of the Promotional Period will also receive $30 off their first order. These rewards will be made each time you and your referral meet the eligibility criteria below in accordance with the Otis Referral Agreement.

Eligibility

You are eligible to receive this reward each time a new Otis customer, meaning a person or household who has never begun signing up for Otis before, (1) uses your personal referral link that you shared with them when they sign up for a new Otis subscription; (2) submit a consult that is subsequently approved by the Otis Pet Inc. veterinary team and (3) maintain their account in good standing for 45 days following the delivery of their first order. Anyone who earns a reward under this promotion will only receive such reward if their Otis subscription is verified and is in good standing with Otis at all times between meeting the eligibility criteria and the time the reward is credited. Otis, in limited cases and in its sole discretion, may waive certain reward eligibility criteria when a new customer does not meet all criteria.
